Gokul Mini Restaurant

Gokul Mini Restaurant is situated at East Gandhi Maidan. If you know the 800004 area, you know how busy it gets around the Maidan. We are a small place, hence the name 'mini'. We don't have room for many people at once, so it’s usually quite crowded inside. We serve mostly tea, snacks, and some quick meals for people who are on their way to work or just hanging around the Maidan. The mornings are our busiest time. We start early, getting the stove going and preparing the snacks for the day. It can get a bit hectic when everyone wants their tea at the same time. The space is tight, and we are constantly moving around each other in the small kitchen area. We have a few regulars who come in every single day, and we know exactly what they want before they even say it. That is the nice part about having a small shop. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy during the rush, but we sweep it up as soon as things calm down. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign. It is just a simple place for a quick bite. We focus on getting the food out fast because most of our customers are in a hurry. It is a small business but it keeps us busy from morning to night.
