Ghar Angana

Ghar Angana is situated on Buddha Marg in Patna, very close to the Patna Planetarium. If you are visiting the planetarium, you can easily find us just a short walk away. We have been in this part of Patna for quite a while now. The area is usually busy with students and families visiting the nearby sights. Our place is simple and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. We just have a few rooms and a place where people can sit and relax for a bit. The walls are decorated with some old pictures and the furniture is pretty basic. We spend our days making sure the place is decent for whoever stops by. Sometimes the traffic on Buddha Marg is a nightmare but once you step inside it is a bit quieter. We don't have a big team of workers, just a couple of us who look after everything from the cleaning to the bills. It’s a modest way to make a living and we are okay with that. The bathroom taps leak a little bit sometimes but we fix them when we can. We like being in this part of the city because there is always something going on. We don't have any big slogans or goals, we just open the doors every morning and see who comes in. It’s a plain place but it has been home to us for a long time now and we plan to stay.
