Dine Out

People usually find us because they are already on Boring Road. We are on the ground floor of the J J Complex, right there on Boring Canal Road. It's a busy part of Patna, so there is always noise from the street. We’ve been running this place for a while now. It isn't anything fancy, just a spot to sit down and have a meal. We started out small and we haven't changed much since then. The tables are just regular wood and the menu is what it is. We don't have a big team of waiters, just a few of us working shifts. Sometimes the food takes a little longer when it's crowded during lunch. We try to keep the place clean, but with so many people coming in from the dusty road, it's a constant job. We see a lot of students and office workers who just want something to eat without any fuss. We don't really do advertising or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they see the sign or they live nearby. It's a practical place. We focus on getting the cooking done and making sure there's enough water on the tables. It gets hot in Patna, so we keep the fans going. It’s just us doing our daily work at Dine Out. We don't have a big story to tell, we just open the shutters every morning and start the day.
