DILI2CHINA

You can find us on the ground floor of the Gorakhnath Complex. We are in Shop Number 10. This part of Patna, especially Boring Road, is always moving. There are students everywhere and people heading to work. We are pretty close to Bikaner Sweets, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. DILI2CHINA is just our little attempt at making the kind of food people like to eat when they are out. We do Chinese dishes, but the way we like them here in Bihar. It’s not fancy. The shop isn’t huge, so it gets crowded fast in the evenings. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and making sure the sauces are right. Sometimes the delivery guys are all waiting at the door and it gets a bit messy, but we handle it. East Boring Canal Road is always jammed with traffic, so we see a lot of faces through the window. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s been a learning process, figuring out how to run a kitchen and keep people happy. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a local shop in a busy complex. We appreciate the people who stop by after their classes or work. It’s a plain, honest spot for a quick meal. No big story, just a lot of cooking and trying to keep the place going.
