Delhi Dhaba

We’ve been here on R K Bhattcharrya Road in Kadamkuan for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right near the main crossing in Patna. It’s just a simple place where we cook the kind of food we like to eat ourselves. The kitchen stays busy, especially in the evenings when the neighborhood gets crowded. We don't have anything fancy here, just tables, chairs, and the smell of spices. It gets a bit noisy sometimes since we are so close to the road. Sometimes the order takes a few minutes extra because we make things as they come. We try to keep things clean and comfortable for whoever walks in. It’s a family-run sort of setup. My uncle started it and now we just keep it going every day from morning till late night. If you are walking around Kadamkuan, you'll see our sign near the R K Bhattacharya area. We usually have the radio playing in the back. The menu is mostly what you'd expect from a dhaba. Nothing too complicated or weird. We just focus on getting the salt and heat right. People come here after work or just to grab a quick bite with friends. It’s not the quietest spot in Patna, but it feels like home to us. We’re just happy to be part of the local street here. Come by if you're hungry and in the area. We always have fresh water on the tables and a few extra napkins if you need them.
