COCK HEN BIRYANI

Our place is on Bank Road in Patna, right across from the New Police Line. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know how hectic it can get with all the cars and people. We have been serving biryani here for quite a few years now. The shop itself is nothing fancy. We have some basic tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to look polished. It is just a straightforward food spot. The smell of the spices usually lets people know where we are before they even see the sign. During the lunch hour, it gets really crowded and noisy, but that is just how Patna is. We try to serve everyone as fast as we can because most of our customers are on their lunch breaks from the nearby offices. We use the same ingredients we have always used, and we don't plan on changing that. Sometimes we run out of food earlier than expected if it’s been a particularly busy day. We just do our work and go home. There is no big mission or fancy philosophy behind it. We just like making biryani and seeing people eat it. It is a local business run by local people who know the rhythm of Bank Road. We are here every day, just doing what we do.
