Bombay One

We are set up in Krishna Apartment on Boring Road. It’s a well-known area in Patna, right near A N College. We’ve been here for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We do a bit of everything here when it comes to the food. People from the college come by quite a bit between their classes. It’s a busy street, so there’s always people walking past the windows and cars honking. We don't spend money on fancy ads or anything like that. We just keep the doors open and do our work. The interior is pretty basic. We have some tables and chairs, and the kitchen is in the back part of the shop. It’s a regular neighborhood spot for the most part. We know a lot of the people who come in because they live or study nearby. Sometimes it gets a little loud when the students are out, but we don't mind much. It keeps the place feeling alive. We just want to serve the food and get through the day. There’s no big mystery to how we run things here. We just show up in the morning, prep what we need to, and start serving whoever walks in. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We like being on Boring Road and being part of the daily routine here. We just keep at it.
