Bollywood Treats (Maurya Hotel)

We've been over here at the Maurya Hotel for a good while now. It's right by South Gandhi Maidan on Frazer Road. Most people around Patna know the spot. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the tables stay clean enough for the next person. It gets pretty busy during the lunch rush because of where we are located. The staff here mostly just get on with things without making a fuss. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It's just a place to grab something to eat if you're walking around Frazer Road. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit loud when things are moving fast, but that's just how a busy place works. We started this because we wanted a spot where people could sit down for a bit. You can find us easily enough if you're walking past the main hotel entrance. The menu hasn't really changed much over the years, which seems fine for our regulars. People usually know what they want before they even walk through the door. We try to keep things simple and practical. There isn't any big story behind the name or anything. We just open up in the morning and close late at night. It’s a job for us, and we like the people who come in. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the corner. We don't do much fancy stuff.
