It’s a very central part of Patna. Boring Road is always crowded and noisy, but that’s the charm of it, I suppose. There’s a lot of energy here. We’ve been in this apartment building for some time. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a food place, but it works for us. We get a lot of people who live in the apartments and people just passing through the canal road. It’s a busy life running this place. We are usually busy from late morning until the evening. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just focus on getting the pots ready and serving whoever walks in. The view of Zee Super Market is what we see every day from our front. Patna is our home and we've lived here a long time. Being on Boring Road means we are right in the thick of things. We aren't a big chain, just a local business trying to do its bit. We keep things plain and simple, just like our shop.
