Biryani Junction

Biryani Junction is located in the Abu Fhakhruddin Plaza, which is in the Langartoli area of Machuatoli in Patna. We are very close to the Langertoli Chauraha, a busy intersection that most people in 800004 are familiar with. The plaza itself is a known spot, and we are glad to have our space here. It’s a lively part of Patna with a lot of shops and people always moving about. Our restaurant is simple and straightforward. We have a few tables and a kitchen that stays busy from morning until late evening. The staff here is like a small family; we’ve worked together for quite some time now. We don't have a complicated menu because we think it's better to focus on what we are good at. The kitchen can get quite noisy with the sound of the exhaust fans and the clatter of pots, but that's the sound of work being done. Sometimes the street outside is so crowded that it takes a while for people to even reach our door. That’s just part of being in Machuatoli. We don't go in for fancy decorations or polished corporate talk. We are just people who know how to cook and want to run a decent shop. We try to keep things clean and the service as fast as we can manage with the hands we have. It’s a local business, plain and simple. We just show up every day and do the work.
