You can find BIRYANI HUT over in Vidyapuri, specifically at Sec.P/537 in the Kankarbagh area of Patna. We are situated near Malahipakri Chowk, which is a landmark most locals use to find their way around. Being in 800020, we see a lot of the residential crowd from Kankarbagh. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in with the other small shops along the road. Our place is quite simple. We didn't spend a lot on fancy lights or expensive furniture. We mostly put our resources into the kitchen equipment and the ingredients we buy every morning. The staff here is small, just a couple of us handling everything from taking orders to cleaning up the plates. It gets pretty humid in Patna, especially during the monsoon, so the kitchen can feel a bit like a sauna sometimes. We just keep the fans running and stay focused on the work. We’ve been at this location for a while and have gotten to know the people living in the nearby blocks. It’s nice to see the same families coming in on weekends. We aren't part of some big corporation. We are just a local spot where you can get a meal without any fuss. The traffic at Malahipakri Chowk can be a bit loud, but you get used to the sound of horns after a few days. We just keep our heads down and keep the stoves lit as much as we can.
