Biryani Home is located on the first floor of the Gorakhnath Complex. We are right on Boring Road in Patna. If you know where Bikaner Sweets is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a very busy area with lots of traffic and people always on the move. Our space is F-3, and it’s basically just a kitchen and a small seating area. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It’s just us working together to get the food ready every day. Boring Road is always noisy, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the place. We start our work early in the morning so we can be ready for the lunch crowd. We don't have a polished website or a marketing person. This is just a simple business run by people who live right here in Patna. The building is a bit old, and the stairs can be crowded sometimes. We don't use any pre-packaged mixes; we do all the spice grinding ourselves. It takes more time, but that’s how we’ve always done it. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just focus on the pots on the stove. If you’re in the Gorakhnath Complex, you’ll see our small sign. It’s a straightforward, local place where we just focus on the day-to-day work of cooking and keeping the place clean.
