Biryani Express

Biryani Express has been operating here on Boring Canal Road in Patna for some time now. You can find us right near the Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir and we are directly opposite the SBI Bank. It is a busy part of town, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We started this place because we wanted to cook and there was a good spot available in the 800001 area. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight when we have several orders going at once. We spend most of our day in the kitchen dealing with big pots and lots of rice. It gets pretty hot back there, but that is just part of the job. Most people who come here live nearby or work in the offices around the canal road. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or complicated. We just show up, prep the ingredients, and start the stoves. If you are looking for us, the landmark of the Hanuman temple is the easiest way to navigate. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't some big chain or anything like that. Just a local Patna business trying to keep things running. The menu is simple because we prefer focusing on what we know how to do. It’s hard work but we are used to it by now.
