Bihar Ka Gaurav Litti Chokha

We’ve been here at Hariniwas Complex for a while now. Most people know the Dak Bunglow Rd area, right across from Light Corner. It gets busy around here, especially in the evenings when folks are headed home or looking for a bite. We mostly just focus on making litti chokha the way it's done at home. There’s no fancy setup, just some tables and the smell of roasting sattu. We started this place because we liked the food ourselves and figured others in Patna might want a reliable spot for it too. It’s not a big restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It’s more of a place where you just come, eat, and maybe chat a bit if it's not too crowded. We try to keep things clean, but it's a small space. The smoke from the fire is always there, which is just part of how the food gets made. Some days are more hectic than others, like when the office crowd pours out. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything. People just find us or hear about us from their friends. If you're walking near Light Corner, you'll probably see the sign. We stay open until the batches run out for the day. It’s just us doing what we know, right here in the middle of the city. No frills, just the food we grew up with and some water to wash it down.
