Acharya Shri Sudarshan Patna Central School

Acharya Shri Sudarshan Patna Central School is located at Sudarshan Vihar, right off the New Byepass Road in Patna. This area, New Jaganpura, is always moving. The traffic on the bypass can be quite loud, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background while we are working. The school is a large presence in the 800027 area. Inside, the hallways are wide and the rooms have that specific smell of chalk and old paper. We spend our days at the desks in the administrative wing, dealing with piles of documents and answering the same questions over and over. It is a very normal way to spend a day in Patna. The building has seen many seasons, and the paint is a bit faded in some spots, but it feels solid. We don't have any corporate branding experts telling us how to look. We just wear our regular clothes and talk about the heat or the latest local news while we work. The bells ring at regular intervals, which helps us keep track of time without needing to look at our watches. We have a small staff room where we eat our lunch and share stories about the commute on the bypass road. It is a busy, slightly chaotic, but very real place to be. We are just part of the fabric of New Jaganpura, doing our jobs day in and day out.
