Acharpapad Restaurant Llp

We've been running Acharpapad Restaurant Llp for a while now over here at Sinha House. It's right near the RBI building in Shalimpur Ahara, Kadamkuan. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find. We just wanted a place where people could get a decent meal without any fuss. The name kind of gives away what we like, pickles and papads are always on the table. It gets busy during lunch because of all the offices nearby. We aren't a fancy place with white tablecloths or anything like that. It's just a regular spot with wooden chairs and fans going. Most of the staff have been here since we opened. We know a lot of the customers by name because they come in every day. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit loud when we’re rushed, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things clean and the food hot. There isn't a big marketing team behind us, just a few of us making sure the doors stay open and the stoves are lit. The street outside Sinha House is usually packed with cars and rickshaws. We spend a lot of time watching the world go by from the front door when things are slow. In the evenings, the light in Kadamkuan gets a bit dim. We don’t really bother with social media or taking photos of our plates. We figure if the food is good, people will tell their friends. Sometimes the sink leaks, and we just grab a wrench and fix it ourselves.
