Niausa Agro Navkrishak Farmers Producer Company Limited is based over in Longding. Specifically, we are at Abo Lukham’s place in Yanlo Colony. It’s not a big setup, just a local group of us who decided to join up to handle our farming business better. Tirap can be a hard place to get things moving, so we thought having a proper company would help. We spend most of our time out in the fields, but we use a small room in the colony for our meetings and keeping our books in order. It’s mostly just us neighbors trying to figure out the best way to sell what we grow. The roads around here aren't always the best, and that makes things slow sometimes. We don't have a big team or any fancy equipment in the office. It’s just a table, some chairs, and a lot of registers. People from the village come by to talk about their crops or ask for advice on the paperwork. We try to help out where we can. It’s honest work, and we are just trying to make a living like everyone else. We don't use any flashy words because that's not who we are. We just know our land and our crops. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
