Rajiv Woollen Industries

Our place is at 0/8 in the Industrial Area. It is a bit of a grey spot with a lot of trucks and noise, but it works for what we do. The building is old and the walls show it, but we have been here for years. Inside, it’s mostly about the wool. You can hear the machines running from the street sometimes. It’s a steady hum that we have all gotten used to. We don't have a front desk or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk through the main gate and find us near the back where the processing happens. The air is always full of tiny bits of fiber, so we all end up with wool on our clothes by the end of the shift. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on some crates outside in the shade if the weather is okay. We deal with a lot of raw material coming in and finished goods going out. It’s heavy work and our hands stay busy. We aren't trying to look like a big city firm. We are just a local factory in an industrial zone where people work hard. The floor is concrete and often covered in scraps. It is messy and loud, but that is how a wool mill should be. We just focus on the machines and getting the loads ready for the next truck. Rajiv Woollen Industries is just a basic, hardworking shop.
