Anmol Dairy

Anmol Dairy is located at 28 Latif Garden, which is just off Assandh Road in Panipat. It is a quiet enough spot if you ignore the noise from the main road. We have been here for a while now, and most of the people in the neighborhood know where we are. Working at a dairy means the work never really stops. Cows do not take holidays, so neither do we. We are usually busy with the milk cans and making sure everything is clean. It is a lot of scrubbing and rinsing. The floor is usually wet, and we all wear heavy boots to keep our feet dry. We are not a big fancy company with a lot of money to spend on advertising. We just rely on the fact that we have been here on Assandh Road for years and people know our name. The staff is mostly local guys from Panipat who know their way around a dairy. We do not have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just milk and hard work. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and it makes the work twice as hard, but we just drink some cold water and keep moving. We are proud of our little spot in Latif Garden. It is a simple life, but it keeps us busy and it provides for our families. That is enough for us at the end of the day.
