Glimpse India

If you come down to the Industrial Area in Model Town, you will find us at E-42. Glimpse India has been operating out of this unit for a while. The industrial area is always loud with the sound of machines and people shouting over the noise. It’s a dusty place, but that’s just how it is when you’re working in this part of town. Inside our space, we have things organized as much as possible. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure everything is moving along. There are several of us here, mostly just local guys who know the trade. We drink a lot of water because it gets very stuffy inside during the summer months. The street outside E-42 is usually blocked by some truck or another, so we have to be patient. We don’t really do anything fancy here, just the daily tasks of production and getting things ready for the buyers. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, but usually, we wrap up when the sun goes down. Model Town has changed a lot since we first started, but our little corner in the industrial area stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, hoping the machines don't break down on a busy day. It’s a lot of sweat and effort, but we get through it together. We often eat lunch sitting out on the front steps.
