Radiance Overseas

We are located at 477-R in Model Town, which is a fairly nice part of the city. Radiance Overseas has been operating from this spot for a while. The office isn't very large, but it fits our desks and the few chairs we have for visitors. Because we deal with things going overseas, our hours can be a bit strange sometimes. You might see the lights on late at night when we are trying to catch someone in a different time zone. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes taped up near the phones. It’s a practical space. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. It is just us, handling the logistics and making sure the documents are in order. Model Town is usually peaceful, so we don't have to deal with too much noise from the street. We get the mail delivered in the morning, and that usually dictates how the rest of the day is going to go. Sometimes we have a lot of samples to go through, and the floor gets cluttered with bubble wrap and tape. We just pick a path through it and keep working. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the business over the years. The tea guy comes around at four, which is always a good break.
