Kema Merchandising

Kema Merchandising is located on Babel Road, right opposite the Sarwati Spinning Mills. It is a good landmark because everyone knows the mills. Our building is a simple one-story structure. We have been operating here for a few years now. The road can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing by, so we have to sweep the front area almost every morning to keep it clean. Inside, it's mostly storage and a few desks where we handle the orders. We don't really have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the inventory. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the delivery trucks get lost trying to find us, so we often have to stand out on Babel Road to wave them down. We have a small team of three people. We all do a bit of everything, whether it is packing boxes or answering emails. We don't have any formal meetings or anything like that. We just talk over coffee about what needs to be done for the day. It is a very practical way of working. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We are just here doing our bit and making sure the business stays afloat year after year. We take things as they come and try not to stress too much.
