We run our food business from House Number 200 in the GBP Rosewood Estate 1, which is off Barwala Road. It’s a bit different because we are based in a residential area, but it works for us for now. We started ZRJ Foods because we saw a way to bring better food products to the local market. We handle the sourcing and the packaging of various items. It's a small team, mostly just a few of us making sure everything is handled correctly. The house is where all the planning happens. We keep things very simple and straightforward. No big corporate meetings or anything like that. Just a few people sitting around a table trying to figure out the best way to get our products to the shops. Barwala Road is usually quite busy, so it’s a good location for getting things moved in and out. We’ve had to learn a lot about the food industry as we went along. It’s not always easy to get everything perfect, but we try our best to keep things clean and organized. We are just a local business trying to make a decent living by providing something people actually need. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we run out of space, but we manage to make it work. We are just regular people doing our best with what we have for our families.
