We are located at Plot No-10 in VPO Panghal, right here in Barwala. It’s just a regular spot where a few of us from the village got together to handle our farming stuff better. Being Panghal Kisan Producer Company Limited means we spend most of our days dealing with the crops and the local weather, which isn't always easy. People around here know us because we’re always at the plot, moving bags or talking about the next season. It started because things were getting complicated for single farmers to manage everything alone. So, we set up this office to keep things organized. It’s not a big fancy building, just a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics of what we grow. The sun hits the front of the plot pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually do the heavy paperwork in the early morning when it is cooler. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get the work done eventually. We don't have a big team of city experts, just folks who grew up around these fields. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everyone’s produce, but since we are all from here, it makes sense. We just take it one day at a time.
