Barwala Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at Manauli House in Ambala City. It’s a bit different because we are right there in the city, but our heart is definitely out in the fields. We are the Barwala Producer Company, and we represent a group of farmers who wanted to have a solid base for our operations. Ambala is a busy place, and having a central spot at Manauli House helps us stay connected with the markets and the government offices. It’s not a fancy suite or anything like that; it’s just a practical space where we can get together to talk about our progress and our problems. Being in the city means we have to balance the rural side of our work with the urban side of the business. We deal with all the typical stuff—getting the right supplies, keeping the records for the members, and trying to find the best outlets for our produce. Sometimes the traffic in Ambala makes it a headache to get around, but we manage. We aren't corporate people in suits; we are the same people who were out in the dirt just a few hours earlier. We keep things transparent and simple because that’s the only way we know how to work. We don't have a lot of time for long-winded speeches or complicated plans. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it together as a team.
