Shri Ram Marble

We are Shri Ram Marble, located right opposite the Saibaba Temple on the Abu Road Highway in Bilipatra. Being in the Banaskantha district means we get a lot of people passing through on their way to other places. Our location is right on the main road, so it’s easy to spot us by all the marble slabs leaning against each other. It’s a dusty job, and the highway noise is something you just get used to after a while. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning; we mostly sit in a small shed or out in the yard when it's not too hot. The temple across the road brings a lot of peace to the area, even with all the trucks going by. We aren't into big marketing schemes or using corporate language to sound important. We just work with the stone we have and try to help people find what they need for their construction. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but that’s just life on the highway. We’ve got a small crew of people who help move the heavy pieces and load up the customers' vehicles. It’s hard, physical work and it doesn't leave much time for being fancy. We’ve been here in Bilipatra for quite some time and we just take each day as it comes. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
