Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons during the summer, but we just keep at it. We don't have a big marketing department writing fancy brochures or social media posts. We just focus on the food and getting it where it needs to go on time. Most of our staff live nearby in Palakkad. We know each other’s families and how we all like to work.
