Up here at Hill-Mangoes Agri-Produces Private Limited, we do things a bit differently. Our place is called Aiswaryasree, and you can find it on the Ramanathapuram Puthur Road in Palakkad. Palakkad can get really hot, as everyone knows, and that definitely affects how we work and what we do during the day. We aren't a big factory or a shiny corporate office. It’s more of a local setup where we handle agri-produces without much fanfare. Most of us have been around farming our whole lives, so we don't really need a manual to tell us how things grow. We just look at the trees and the ground. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s home for us. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and figuring out where things need to go. It’s not a glamorous job, and there are days when things don’t go according to plan, like when a truck is late or the weather turns sour. But that is just how it goes in this business. We keep our records in the office and try to stay organized, even if the desk gets buried under papers sometimes. People stop by to chat about the harvest or just to see what’s new. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do in our little corner of Palakkad. We hope to keep doing this for a long time without making things too complicated.
