Our place of business is at Plot No- 513 in Mangolpuri Phase 1. We are located quite near the Mother Dairy, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We are general traders, so we handle a whole variety of items. Our warehouse is usually full of boxes and crates stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives. The area can be quite busy and noisy with all the other industrial units around us. We don't have a front office with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers and receipts. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with drivers and checking that the orders are correct. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. We don't have any grand plans for expansion or big marketing budgets. We just focus on supplying our regular customers and making sure the stock moves out on time. Sometimes the lanes outside get blocked with trucks, but that’s just part of working in Mangolpuri. We take things one day at a time and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of physical work, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
