Anil Food Industries

Anil Food Industries is located at 308/5, Shahzada Bagh. We are right on Old Rohtak Road, which is a very busy stretch of Delhi. There’s a lot of traffic and noise outside from the trucks and buses going by. Inside our facility, it’s a different kind of busy. We handle food production, so there are specific smells and sounds associated with that. The space is fairly large to accommodate the processing lines. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s not a glamorous job. We’re often in hairnets and aprons, moving between the different sections of the floor. Shahzada Bagh is an industrial area, so we fit right in with the other factories around here. The walls are plain, and the lighting is functional. We don't really have a showroom for people to walk through. It’s more of a production site. We start early in the shift and keep things going until late. The delivery trucks are always coming in or pulling out onto Old Rohtak Road. It takes some skill to navigate that traffic. We’ve been here for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much. We just focus on getting the food products processed and packed up. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generators, which adds to the noise. We just take it in stride and get back to the machines as soon as we can. It's what we do.
