Bag Crafts

You can find us at Bag Crafts over in Shri Ram Colony. Our address is B-99 on Street Number 2, right near Bhajanpura in the Khajuri area. It’s a busy neighborhood and we fit right in. We make bags of all sorts here. If you walk into our space, you’ll hear the constant hum of sewing machines and the sound of heavy shears cutting through material. It’s a workshop through and through. We don’t have a fancy showroom because we spend all our time actually making the products. The floors are usually covered in little scraps of fabric and thread, no matter how much we try to sweep up. It’s just the nature of the job. Our team consists of people from the local area who know how to handle a needle and thread. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just trying to make sturdy bags that won't fall apart after a month of use. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to take a break, but we usually just pick up where we left off once it’s back on. The street outside is always full of people and carts, so it can be a bit noisy, but we like the energy. It’s a honest way to make a living and we’ve been doing it at B-99 for quite some time now. We just take things one day at a time.
