Arshi Gift & Cosmetice

Arshi Gift & Cosmetice is over at A/14 Shri Ram Colony. This part of Khajuri Khas is always moving. We have a shop that is split between gift items and different cosmetics. It’s not a very large space, so we have to stack things high. You’ll find bangles, creams, and small gift boxes all tucked together. The floor is just plain tiles and we keep a small mirror on the wall for people to check things. We started this shop because we wanted to work for ourselves in the colony. It gets very busy during festival times when everyone wants something new. The power goes out sometimes, so we keep a torch handy. We talk to the neighbors a lot while standing in the doorway. It’s a friendly area. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here at A/14. Sometimes the kids from the street come in just to look at the colorful boxes. We keep the shop clean, but it’s hard with all the foot traffic from Shri Ram Colony. We like the work. It is simple and keeps us busy from morning until night. We just try to have a bit of everything that someone might need for a quick gift or their daily routine. The shelves are full and we are usually behind the counter waiting for the next customer.
