Archi Gift Shop

You can find Archi Gift Shop right on the Main Road in Ganga Vihar at C-62. Since we are on the main road, we see a lot of traffic and people passing by all the time. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where it is. We have all kinds of gift items, like photo frames, mugs, and those little statues people like to put on their shelves. We also keep a lot of wrapping paper and ribbons because people always need their gifts to look nice. The shop is narrow but deep, so there is more inside than it looks like from the street. We try to change the window display every now and then so people don't get bored of looking at the same things. Ganga Vihar is a nice community, and we get a lot of repeat customers who live just a few streets away. It’s mostly a one-person job running the place, so if I’m busy with one customer, the others sometimes have to wait a minute. I usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The floor is old tile and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We don’t do big advertisements. People just see the sign and walk in when they need a present for someone. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
