Jainsons Electronics

Jainsons Electronics is situated at 1934, right across from the fountain in Chandni Chowk. Being near the fountain is a good landmark because otherwise, you might miss us in the crowd. The shop is small and filled with all sorts of electronic components and gadgets. It’s the kind of place where things are stacked high and you have to be careful not to knock something over. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students looking for parts for a project to older folks trying to fix a radio. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. We just listen to what you need and see if we can find it in the back. Sometimes the search takes a few minutes because we have so much stuff tucked away. The air in the shop is always a bit heavy with the smell of solder. It’s a family-style environment where we all know each other’s business. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years, but the location at 1934 stays the same. The noise from the street is constant, with rickshaws honking and people shouting, but once you step inside, it’s just about the electronics. We don't bother with fancy displays or bright lights. We just keep the shelves stocked and help the people who come in. It’s a simple life, and we like being part of the old city's energy. Most days we are just happy to find that one obscure part a customer needs.
