Mittal Flour Mill

Mittal Flour Mill is situated at D-167 in Gali Number 6, which is in Block J of Palam Colony. We are also part of the Raj Nagar II Extension area. Palam is a very crowded place and our street, Gali Number 6, is no different. You will find our shop by the sound of the grinding wheels and the sight of sacks stacked up near the entrance. We have been working here in Raj Nagar for a long time, helping neighbors get their wheat ground properly. It is a simple operation where we focus on the machines and the grain. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, as the mill can get quite warm once the motors start running. People from all over Palam Colony come by, some bringing small bags and others bringing large sacks on their cycles. We spend our time checking how the machines are running and making sure the flour comes out okay. The area around us is always full of life, with kids playing in the street and people heading to work. We just stay in our spot, doing the same work we have done for years. It is not a polished office, just a workspace filled with flour and hard work. We know the layout of these streets well and are glad to be the local spot for flour in this part of Raj Nagar. Most people just walk in and we get to work on their stuff right away.
