We are located at A-5 in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase II. If you know this part of town, you know it’s mostly warehouses and factories. It’s dusty and noisy, especially in the afternoons when all the trucks are moving around. Our building is a simple industrial structure. We spend most of our time on the floor or in the small office area near the front. It’s not a place for visitors to come and sit in luxury. We handle food products, so we have to be careful about keeping everything clean, which is a constant battle with all the dust from the road outside. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know the routine. We don't have a fancy lunchroom; we just find a spot and eat together when there’s a break. The work is mostly about coordinating deliveries and making sure the machines are running like they should. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a belt or a motor. It’s just the nature of being in an industrial zone. We don't put out a lot of advertisements. Most people who know us just come by the gate or call the landline. It’s a very practical way of doing business. The heat in the summer can get pretty bad inside the shed, but we keep the fans going and get through it. There is always more work to be done and more trucks to load.
