Bite Food Industries

You can find us over at F-35, S-2 in Dilshad Colony. It’s a residential area mostly, so Bite Food Industries is tucked in among the homes and local shops. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way, focusing on making our food products and getting them out to customers. The kitchen and packing area take up most of the space we have. It’s often quite warm inside because of the ovens and the sealing machines, but we’ve gotten used to it. We do everything from scratch, so there’s a lot of washing, cutting, and prep work that happens before anything even gets packaged. It’s hard work on your feet all day, and by the evening, we are usually pretty worn out. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team; we mostly rely on the fact that people seem to like what we make. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the local market to restock quickly. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially when we get a large order unexpectedly. But we enjoy the process of making things and seeing the final bags lined up on the counter. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being part of the community here in Dilshad Colony.
