Calpro Food Essentials (P) Ltd.

We are based at Saraswati Houses, in the A-5 section, under the name Calpro Food Essentials (P) Ltd. The building is easy to spot once you get into the area. Most of what we do involves handling food ingredients and essentials that other businesses need. Our days are mostly filled with checking batches and making sure the storage stays at the right temperature. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s what we know how to do. The warehouse area is much bigger than the office part, which is usually how it goes in this industry. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role, so things usually run pretty smooth unless a delivery truck is late. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. If someone calls, we tell them what we have in stock and how soon it can get to them. The floor is concrete and the walls are plain, which makes it easy to keep clean. We’ve been in Saraswati Houses for a long time now, so we’ve seen plenty of neighbors come and go. We just stay here and keep our focus on the pallets and the paperwork. It’s a lot of routine, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that we like. We don't need much more than a working phone and a clear space to sort the goods. It works for us.
