We are based at A-9/1 in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I. It’s a massive area, and it can be quite a struggle to navigate the trucks during the day. Kitchnrama Food Service Equipments Pvt. Ltd. takes up a fair amount of space here because the equipment we handle is pretty large. Think of big industrial ovens and refrigeration units. It’s not a quiet office. There’s always the sound of forklifts or people loading crates. We don't have a fancy board room. Our meetings usually happen standing up on the warehouse floor or around a small desk covered in invoices. The air is always a bit metallic, and it gets hot in the summer months. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. We have some posters on the wall from years ago, but that’s about it. People come to Naraina to get things done, and we are no different. We spend our days checking specs and moving heavy gear. It’s honest work. Sometimes the traffic in Phase-I is a nightmare, but we’ve learned when to schedule our deliveries to avoid the worst of it. A-9/1 is just a functional space where we handle food service gear. It’s not glamorous, but it works for us and the team. We just try to keep everything moving and make sure the orders are correct. It’s a busy life but it is how we make our way.
