Kant Darshan Public School

You can find us at 107/4, on the second floor in Ganesh Nagar. Being a school, it is rarely quiet around here. There is always the sound of footsteps in the hallway or teachers talking. Our office is where all the behind-the-scenes stuff happens for Kant Darshan Public School. We have shelves full of old registers and files from many years ago. It is a bit cramped, especially when parents come in to ask about admissions or monthly fees. We try to keep things moving, but paperwork always takes longer than you think. The building is a regular one in a busy street of New Delhi. We have got a few windows that look out onto the street, but mostly we are looking at our ledgers and schedules. The staff here has been together for a long time. We know the students and their families pretty well. It is more of a community than just a workplace for us. We do not have a lot of fancy technology; we still do a lot of things by hand because it feels more reliable for the records. During the breaks, the noise levels really go up, but that is just part of being in a school environment. We deal with the daily issues like a leaky tap or a missing notebook. It is just regular school life, trying to keep things running for the kids every day.
