You can find Indus Crafts & Arts on the first floor of Kunj Market, specifically at K-95/4 in Vasant Kunj. The market is usually bustling with shoppers, and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the ground level. Our space is filled with all kinds of materials and various finished pieces we’ve been working on. It’s definitely not a gallery or a polished store. It’s more of a workshop where things are being created, sorted, and packed for delivery. There’s always the smell of something being worked on, whether it's wood or fabric or a bit of paint. We have a few big wooden tables where everything happens, and they are usually covered in tools, scraps, and half-finished projects. Vasant Kunj is a busy part of town, but our little spot in Kunj Market feels like its own quiet world sometimes. The stairs up here are a bit steep and narrow, which we always remind people about when they visit. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy glowing sign outside to attract attention. Most people hear about us from others in the market or nearby. We spend our days making things and checking the quality of what we finish. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, and we just order some local food and keep going until it's done. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like being around the crafts and focusing on the work in front of us.
