Ahead Saloon

Ahead Saloon is located right in the Essel Convenient Shopping Complex, specifically at Shop No-15 and 16. It’s part of the Essel Tower area on M G Road in Gurgaon. Being in a shopping complex means there is always something going on. We see people heading to work, people doing their groceries, and kids running around. Our shop is pretty straightforward. We have the two units knocked into one so there is a bit more breathing room than some of the other shops around here. We’ve got the standard salon chairs and a big stack of towels that we are always washing. Gurgaon is a busy place, and a lot of our customers are in a hurry, so we try to work steadily. We aren't much for the fancy talk you get in the big city malls. It’s just us cutting hair and making sure everyone looks okay before they head back out to the traffic. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Delhi heat. We’ve been at this location for a while now, so we know the security guards and the other shop owners. It feels like a little community inside the complex. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, but we just walk over to the stall nearby. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here on M G Road.
