Yagnam Pulverizer Private Limited

If you come down the Thane-Belapur Road to the MIDC area in Rabale, you’ll find us at Plot No. R-869. That’s where Yagnam Pulverizer Private Limited is set up. We work with pulverizing machinery, which basically means we deal with machines that grind things into very fine powders. As you can imagine, it gets pretty loud inside the shed. We all wear earplugs most of the day because that constant grinding noise is tough on the ears. The air can get a bit thick with dust too, even with the fans running. It’s a very industrial environment, surrounded by other factories and warehouses. Most of our day is spent checking the settings on the grinders or cleaning out the filters so they don’t get clogged up. We’re not a huge company with a lot of layers; if something breaks, the same guy who operates the machine usually grabs a wrench to fix it. We eat our lunch together in a small corner away from the noise. The commute on the Thane-Belapur Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so some of us get here early just to avoid the traffic. It’s a straightforward business. We receive materials, we grind them down to the size the customer asked for, and we pack them up. There isn’t much more to it than that. We just focus on keeping the machines running and the floor relatively clean.
