Chipita India Pvt Ltd

Our facility is located at A-178 in the TTC Industrial Area of Khairne. Chipita India Pvt Ltd has been based here in the MIDC part of Koparkhairane for a while now. This area is mostly about factories and warehouses, so it is not exactly a scenic place to work. It is more about the grind and getting things produced. We spend our shifts inside the plant, keeping an eye on the production lines and making sure the machinery stays in good shape. The noise is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We do not have a polished lobby or a front desk with a receptionist. It is a working site through and through. Our neighbors are all doing similar things, just trying to meet their daily targets. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around Koparkhairane a bit difficult to navigate, but we always manage to get here. The people on our team are hardworking and they do not care much for corporate talk. We do not use words like "innovation" or "excellence" because we are too busy checking the product before it goes into the boxes. It is a lot of manual labor and practical problem-solving. Being part of the TTC Industrial Area means we are just one small piece of a much larger engine. We do our part, keep our heads down, and go home.
