We operate out of Arihant Co-op Housing Society in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Our office is actually unit 41 on plot 15 in Sector-6. It is a quiet residential area, which is nice compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We do hospitality work, which basically means we manage places for people to stay or help out with guest house services. It started out small and we just kept going from this same spot. The office is basically a room where we keep our records and take calls. Being in a housing society means we know our neighbors and things are pretty relaxed here. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with staff at different sites. It is mostly about making sure rooms are clean and guests have what they need. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on doing a decent day's work and making sure the people who stay with us are comfortable. Airoli is a growing place, so there are always new things happening around Sector-6. We see a lot of people coming in for work in the nearby IT parks. Our setup is practical and we don't spend money on fancy decorations. It is just a place where the work gets done. Sometimes we are out visiting the properties more than we are in the office.
