Rishabh Oil Industries

Down in the Pawne MIDC area, you will find Rishabh Oil Industries at C-450/4. Being in the TTC industrial zone in Thane means it is pretty loud and industrial all around us. There are trucks coming and going constantly. Our facility has that heavy smell of oil and machinery that you just cannot get out of your clothes. It is hot in the plant, especially in the middle of the day, but we are used to it. We have a small office area where we keep the books, but most of the action happens on the floor. It is a lot of checking gauges and making sure the drums are filled correctly. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is concrete. We do not have any fancy signs or a big lobby. If you come to see us, you will probably find us in our work gear. We have been operating in this spot for a good while. The guys on the floor have a rhythm to how they work. We take our lunches together near the main entrance where there is a bit of a breeze. It is hard work and the days are long, especially when we have a big order to get out. We do not talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on making sure the oil is processed right and the equipment stays running. It is a gritty, honest way to make a living in the heart of Thane’s industrial belt.
