Our office is at Plot No 43 in Sector-6, Sanpada East. It’s a part of Navi Mumbai that is growing quite fast, but our corner still feels a bit grounded. We are S4S Technologies, and we spend most of our time working on computers and developing different tech solutions. The office is a basic setup with plenty of monitors and cables running everywhere. It’s not one of those flashy tech offices you see in magazines. We have regular desks and a small area where we eat our lunch. Sanpada East is a good spot because it’s a bit quieter than some of the other sectors, which helps when we need to focus on coding or troubleshooting. We usually walk over from the station or drive in if the weather is bad. The rain can be a bit much in this part of town, but the building stays dry. We are a small group of people who just like solving problems with technology. We don't really have a big corporate culture. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Sometimes we stay late when we are trying to fix a bug, and you can hear the local trains in the distance. It is just a regular place where we try to make tech work for people without making it too complicated. It’s practical, sometimes a bit messy, but we get the job done.
