Foodinn

We’ve been at Plot No.3D & 3A in the Forecot Area for a while now. It’s right across from the Vashi Railway Station, so it gets pretty busy around here when the trains come in. People are always rushing back and forth. We just handle the food part of things at Foodinn. Most days it's just us getting everything ready before the lunch rush starts. The spot is easy to find if you're coming from the station, just look across the road. We spend a lot of time just keeping things moving. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but that's just how Vashi is. We don't really do anything fancy. It's mostly about making sure there's enough to go around for whoever stops by. The kitchen stays hot, especially in the afternoons. We've seen a lot of changes in this area over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It's a lot of work, keeping up with the supplies and making sure everything is where it should be. We usually open up early to get a head start on the prep work. If you're ever stuck waiting for a train or just passing through the Forecot Area, you'll see us there. It's not a big operation, just a few of us working together to keep the place running. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down, we're usually too busy with the actual work. I guess we just like being part of the daily bustle here.
