We are Y S Sane Associates Pvt Ltd, and you can find us in Room No 6, Plot No 171, in Sector 18A of Nerul. Being in Navi Mumbai, we are right in the middle of a lot of development. Our office is a modest one, just a room really, where we handle our associate work. It’s not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We’ve got our desks, our computers, and plenty of tea to keep us going. We do a lot of technical and consulting type work, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at plans. Nerul is a good place to be because it’s well-connected, and we’ve been in this sector for quite some time now. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we’re a smaller group that knows each other well. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we manage. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to be reliable and do the job that’s in front of us. It’s a quiet kind of business, but it keeps us busy enough. We like the routine of coming in here every day and seeing what needs to be tackled next.
