L&T

We are located at Sanjeevani Nias in Navi Mumbai. This part of the city is always moving, but our specific spot is tucked away enough that it is not too loud. The office is a very simple setup without any of the bells and whistles you might expect from a big name like L&T. We have a few desks, some old cupboards for filing, and a small area where we keep our bags and umbrellas. Navi Mumbai can get very rainy, so there is usually a bit of a mess near the door during the monsoon. We do not have any fancy lights or corporate artwork. The walls are a plain off-white color and we have some charts pinned up for the current projects. It is a functional space where we spend most of our hours typing up reports and making sure the local accounts are straight. We usually go out to one of the small cafes nearby for a quick lunch or just bring something from home. There is no receptionist at the front, so if someone comes by, they just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. We keep things very informal and straightforward. Our goal is just to finish the work that is assigned to us for this region without making a big deal out of it. It is just a regular office for regular people who want to do their job well and then go home to their families.
